Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.

What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just email us at info@hagluxury.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be in their original condition.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Your bank may take slightly longer to process the final posting.
